- Authorization to Create a Listing:
By becoming a listing
member of Green Vacation Hub, you authorize us to list your vacation
accommodation on our website, including the information provided in
your green profile, property details and uploaded photos. You also
authorize that you have the authority and intellectual property ownership
to provide this material, including text, photos, trademarks, and any
other materials you upload on GreenVacationHub.com.
- Accuracy:
You authorize that all information entered
into your green profile, your property details, and your photos are
an accurate representation of your business and business practices.
- Liability:
Under no circumstances will Green Vacation Hub
be liable for any disputes arising out of use of this website. If any
unlawful or misleading information is uploaded to this website, Green
Vacation Hub is not liable for any disputes related to the information. In
addition, Green Vacation Hub is not liable for any misunderstandings that arise
from the text or photos uploaded to this website. You hereby
release Green Vacation Hub from any liability arising from use of this
website, whether intentional, accidental, direct or indirect.
- Health
Liability:
Green Vacation Hub is not liable for
any health issues that travelers or guests may encounter while visiting
lodging found on this website.
- Editing:
Green Vacation Hub reserves the right
to edit information on listings, to correct spelling or grammar, or
to create a more uniform appearance throughout the site. Green Vacation
Hub reserves the right to edit photos for a more visually appealing
and/or uniform look.
- Temporary Removal:
Green Vacation Hub reserves the right to temporarily remove a
listing in the event the company determines that improvements are required.
- Removal
of A Listing:
Green Vacation Hub reserves the right
to remove a listing for violation of stated terms and conditions, or
for any other reason. In the event your listing is removed, Green Vacation
Hub will refund the remainder of your membership fee for that year,
unless you have explicitly violated any of the Terms and Conditions
listed here.
- Layout:
Green Vacation Hub reserves the right
to change the structure and appearance of its website.
- Cancellation:
You may cancel your listing with Green
Vacation Hub at any time without penalty. Membership fees are collected
annually by credit card. If you cancel at any time during the year,
you will not be charged for the next year. To cancel your membership,
please call 1-1-877-ECO-STAY (326-7829), or e-mail info@greenvacationhub.com.
- Guarantees:
Green Vacation Hub does not guarantee
an increase in bookings based on listing on this website.
- Unauthorized
Use:
You may not do any of the following
without prior written consent of Green Vacation Hub:
- Copy, republish,
duplicate, display, distribute, post or transmit any part of the
content of this website in any form whatsoever.
- Reproduce
the content of this website on your website without express written
permission.
- Mirror any
portions of this website.
- Reverse engineer
any part of Green Vacation Hub.
- Use any kind
of automated device to monitor or copy any of the content of this website.
- Post anything
on the website that is false, fraudulent, indecent, inflammatory, profane,
unlawful, criminal or distasteful.
- Upload anything
to the website that might contain viruses, worms, or any other computer
programming that might interfere with Green Vacation Hub website or
equipment.
